Steps for Application

  • Step 1: Contact EBA to schedule a tour and interviews – 305-325-1080 ext. 71289 or ext. 71381
  • Step 2: Apply online using the Sycamore link from our website’s “enrollment form” tab
  • Step 3: Upload Documents Online.
    • Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Copy of Immunization Records
    • Copy of School Physical form
    • Proof of address
    • ELC funding voucher (if applicable)
    • IEP documentation (most recent MDCPS, Broward, Florida, or Out-of-State Individual Education Plan)
    • Therapy referrals for physical, occupational, language, or music therapy (as needed)

Note: Applications for admissions are processed electronically and completely paperless. Apply by setting up a Sycamore account and completing the application online. Please call us directly if you need assistance!
